I've spent two years in prison relaying stories sent by letters to a blogger about my crimes, arrests, and life in four Florida prisons, the Pinellas County Jail, juvenile detention and drug rehab. I'm sending a message to others not to make the same mistakes I did.

Today's thoughts

Today I read some of the comments other people wrote to me.

Most of it was extremely encouraging and shows me people are listening.

But a couple of comments showed me I'm not the only one with problems and I really hope that those are the people that will listen to me.

I'm not trying to save the world. I'm just trying to help those who will listen.

I can tell some people read my blogs, but do you really listen to what I have to say?

Anyway, having said that, I also noticed some of you think I'm using a computer - which in turn may be costing tax-payers money. For those of you that think that, you are dead wrong. There are no computers in here and no internet.

I write my blogs on paper and send them to my mom - who then posts them word for word.

I want to end this by saying to my mom - thank you for everything you've done. Without you none of this was possible. I love you.
